A Side Note on the Jiangsheng "March 8th" Women's Day Team Building Activity: A Trip Along the Ganjiang River

On the afternoon of March 6th, by the Ganjiang River in the spring, a unique Women's Day team-building event unfolded at the Xialvzhou Wharf of Bailuzhou. More than 70 female employees gathered to participate in a Ganjiang River cruise sightseeing and team-building activity organized by the company's branch committee, the trade union, and the women's federation.

The sky was somewhat gloomy, and a slight chill mixed with the breeze, but the enthusiasm of the female employees was fervent, their faces beaming with festive joy and anticipation. Everyone excitedly boarded the cruise ship, beginning this unique Ganjiang River journey.

The early spring chill of March remained biting. The early spring wind swept across the river, ruffling the spring water and creating ripples. As the cruise ship slowly departed from the wharf, the female employees enjoyed tea and snacks while taking in the beautiful scenery along both banks of the Ganjiang River, feeling the spring atmosphere and occasionally exclaiming in admiration. With the detailed introduction of the cruise ship's guide, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the history, culture, and customs of the Ganjiang River. Organized by the company's women's federation, female employees took to the stage to sing, enjoying the relaxed moments of karaoke amidst laughter and joy.

Upon arriving at Jishui Moke Tan Peach Blossom Island, under the guidance of the trade union committee members, the female employees took sightseeing cars to admire the flowers and stroll around the island. During the island tour, the branch committee organized everyone to participate in a "Contribution to Cleanliness and Greening" activity. Women volunteers also jointly carried out an activity called "Removing Weeds, Beautifying the Environment," cleaning up road litter, roadside weeds, and weeds in green belts and landscapes. Following this, the branch committee organized employees and volunteer party members to carry out a volunteer service activity called "Cleaning up White Pollution, Building a Beautiful Home," cleaning up white garbage, floating objects, construction waste, and other discarded materials in the Peach Blossom Island park. They strived to achieve the cleaning requirements of "no weeds or floating objects on the river surface, and no garbage on the river bank" to ensure the safety of river water and clear, unobstructed waterways. Fearless of dirt and fatigue, after more than an hour of effort, they transported the white garbage to designated garbage points. Party member volunteers stated that participating in such activities is their duty and aims to encourage more people to protect the environment.

At 4:30 pm, boarding the return cruise ship, everyone shared their feelings and experiences, and the atmosphere was once again pushed to a climax with the team-building game "You Guess I Act." After the event, the female employees expressed that this Women's Day team-building activity allowed them to feel the company's care and warmth, and allowed them to relax and enhance communication and understanding with each other amidst their busy work.
