Jiangsheng "March 8" Women's Day "Ganjiang Journey" Team Building Activity Notes

On the afternoon of March 6th, by the Ganjiang River in spring, a unique "March 8th" Women's Day team-building event was taking place at the Egret Island Xiake Bozhou Pier. More than 70 female employees of the company gathered together to participate in the Ganjiang River cruise sightseeing team-building activity, led by the company's party branch and carefully organized by the labor union and women's federation.

The sky was somewhat overcast, with a slight chill mixed in the breeze, but the enthusiasm of the female employees was fervent, their faces beaming with the joy and anticipation of the festival. Everyone eagerly boarded the cruise ship and began this unique journey along the Ganjiang River.

The early spring chill in March was still biting, as the early spring wind swept past the riverbank, rippling the spring waters and creating layers of waves. The cruise ship slowly departed from the pier, while the female employees enjoyed tea and snacks, taking in the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Ganjiang River. They felt the breath of spring and frequently expressed admiration. With the detailed introduction from the cruise guide, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the history, culture, and local customs of the Ganjiang River. Under the organization of the company's women's federation, the female employees took turns singing on stage, enjoying a relaxed KTV moment filled with laughter and joy.

Upon arriving at Jishui Motan Peach Blossom Island, the female employees, led by the labor union committee members, took sightseeing vehicles around the island to appreciate the flowers and strolled leisurely. During the island tour, the party branch organized everyone to carry out the "I Contribute to Cleaning and Greening" activity. The women volunteers also jointly launched an activity called "Removing Weeds, Beautifying the Environment," clearing roadside trash, weeds by the roadside, green belts, and weeds on the landscape. Then, the party branch organized employees and party member volunteer teams to conduct a volunteer cleanup activity titled "Cleaning White Trash, Building a Better Home Together." Volunteers cleaned white trash, floating debris, construction waste, and other discarded materials in Peach Blossom Island Park, striving to meet the cleanliness standards of "no weeds or floating debris on the river surface, no trash on the riverbank," ensuring water safety and clear, smooth river flow. They were not afraid of dirt or fatigue, and after more than an hour of effort, they transported the white trash to designated garbage points. Party member volunteers stated that participating in such activities is their duty, aiming to encourage more people to protect the environment.

At 4:30 in the afternoon, everyone boarded the return cruise ship, sharing their feelings and gains. The atmosphere was once again elevated by the team-building game "You Guess What I Am" that followed. After the event, the female employees expressed that this "March 8th" Women's Day team-building made them feel the company's care and warmth, allowing them to relax and enhance communication and understanding among each other amid their busy work.
