("JIANGXI BIO" or the “Company”, stock code: 06915.HK) , with a history that can be traced back to 1969 when it was established as the Jiangxi Branch of Shanghai Institute of Biological Products (上海生物製品研究所江西分所) under the Ministry of Health of the PRC. In Ji'an, Jiangxi, the Company has laid out a specialized and intelligent production base for human pharmaceutical products, focusing on the R&D, production and global sales of polyclonal antibody preparations, and operates China's first GMP workshop in the antiserum industry to adopt isolator-based aseptic filling technology;¹ in December 2025, it was approved to build Jiangxi Province's first pilot-scale platform for biological immune antibody drugs.² In Zhangye, Gansu, the Company has operated China's largest equine breeding and immune plasma collection facility in compliance with GMP standards, with a breeding capacity of up to 4,000 horses, achieving independent control over core raw materials at the source.¹ In Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, the Company has built a veterinary pharmaceutical products base designed to benchmark against Chinese GMP and EU GMP standards, and has completed China's large-scale intelligent manufacturing workshop for veterinary tetanus antitoxin, filling a gap in the industry. In Shenzhen, the Company has established a frontier innovation R&D center for biopharmaceuticals, connecting production, research, medical application and use into an integrated chain, and tackling next-generation AI+ biotechnology. In Hainan, the Company has built a global resource collaboration and pharmaceutical technology service platform, and established biopharmaceutical quality research and testing center, efficiently connecting innovation resources at domestic and overseas markets and empowering new drug application, clinical trial and technical service businesses.

The Company adheres to a full-industry-chain vertical integration development model and has established a full-process closed-loop management system covering "Equine Breeding – Antigen Development – Equine Immunization – Antibody Purification – Commercialization". The Company’s core product, Human TAT, is a variety under the National Essential Drug List, the Category A of the National Reimbursement Drug List, and the National Emergency and Rescue Drugs Directory. It has successively been awarded the Gold Award of the 7th ASEAN Traditional Chinese Medicine Academic Conference（第七屆亞細安中醫藥學術大會金獎）, recognized as a Jiangxi Province Excellent New Product（江西省優秀新產品）, and won the Second Prize of the Jiangxi Province Technological Invention Award（江西省技術發明二等獎）, as well as honorary titles such as the Certificate of Jiangxi Quality Products（江西省“贛出精品”） and the Certificate of Jiangxi Famous Brand Product（"江西名牌"）.
