The company traces its history back to 1969, originating as the Jiangxi branch of Shanghai Institute of Biological Products under the Ministry of Health. Over more than fifty years, it has built a deep foundation in biopharmaceutical technologies and industry. In 2002 it was converted into a limited liability company, and further converted into a joint‑stock limited company in December 2017. Supported by advanced technology and operational management, the company focuses on developing its leadership as a National High‑tech Enterprise in antitoxins and immune‑serum biological products.

Following a biopharma development plan, we have built an integrated network of “multi‑site + hub-orchestrated” covering R&D, materials, and equipment—forming a comprehensive industrial and business structure. We established the country’s largest horse‑breeding and plasma‑collection base in Zhangye, Gansu; a Veterinary‑GMP‑compliant companion plasma preparation platform in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia; an integrated innovation R&D center that links production, academia, research, and clinical practice in Shenzhen; a pharmaceutical R&D technical service platform in Hainan; and our headquarters base in Ji’an, Jiangxi. These sites collaborate closely to drive innovation and efficiently integrate quality resources.

We pursue end-to-end value‑chain integration, building a closed‑loop system from source research, R&D and manufacturing, to third‑party testing. Relying on rigorous quality control and GMP standards, we achieve autonomy in sourcing, full‑process manufacturing control, stable product output, and scientific end‑point evaluation. With a robust industry‑chain synergy mechanism, we continuously strengthen our competitive advantages, resilience, and organizational stability. International expansion progresses steadily, with business covering many sustainable‑development regions.

Our main businesses span biological product R&D and manufacturing, laboratory animals and biotech services, drug testing and inspection, device support, drug safety evaluation, and related technical services. Together with provincial and municipal authoritative platforms (e.g., Immunomedicine Centers), we have launched multiple projects and have been rated a Jiangxi AAA enterprise for contract‑keeping and creditworthiness. With continuous managerial improvements, our products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, and several service offerings are widely applied.

We place a high priority on technological innovation and talent development. Platforms such as the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and the Jiangxi Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base are in place. Through high‑level talent recruitment and chief‑scientist appointments, we have assembled a team with strengths in management, technology, and R&D, alongside professional, digital, and intelligent production and testing equipment—forming strong R&D innovation and results‑translation capabilities.

We actively fulfill social responsibility and align with national strategies.
