Notice on Holding the Advanced Training Course for Leading Talents in SME Business Management of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Jiangxi)

Industry and Information Technology Bureaus (SME competent departments) of all prefecture-level cities and provincial pilot counties (cities), Economic Development Bureau of Ganjiang New District:

   According to the "Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Doing a Good Job in the Training of Leading Talents in SME Business Management for 2021-2022" (Industry and Information Technology Office Enterprise Letter [2021] No. 256) requirements, in order to cultivate a group of enterprise talents with strategic vision, pioneering spirit, innovation ability, and social responsibility, it has been decided after research to hold the 2021-2022 Advanced Training Course for Leading Talents in SME Business Management of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Jiangxi). This course is jointly organized by Jiangxi SME Development Promotion Center and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

    1. Enrollment Targets

  (1) The enrollment targets are mainly corporate legal representatives, chairpersons or general managers, and the new generation of enterprise successors.

  (2) The number of trainees in the training course is controlled at about 60, and after training, they will be included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's entrepreneur talent pool.

    2. Duration and Fees

   The duration is one year. Tuition fees of 10,000 yuan per person are self-funded by the trainees, and other parts are coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Industry and Information Technology Department. Transportation and accommodation expenses are self-paid.

    3. Certificate Awarding

   The certificate awarding adopts a "dual certificate" model. Trainees who pass all courses and assessments can be awarded:

  (1) The "SME Business Management Leading Talent Training" certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

  (2) The "Non-degree Education Training" certificate issued by Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

    4. Registration Procedures

  (1) Relevant enterprises fill in the "Leading Talent Trainee Selection Form", stamped with the official seal, and submit it to the local Industry and Information Technology Bureau (SME competent department).

  (2) The Industry and Information Technology Bureaus (SME competent departments) of all prefecture-level cities and provincial pilot counties (cities), and the Economic Development Bureau of Ganjiang New District review and stamp the recommended enterprises.

  (3) Jiangxi SME Development Promotion Center, based on the summary, reviews and admits the recommended applicants from various places. The start date will be notified separately after the list is confirmed.

   All local Industry and Information Technology Bureaus (SME competent departments) of prefecture-level cities and provincial pilot counties (cities), and the Economic Development Bureau of Ganjiang New District are requested to actively organize high-level managers of quality SMEs within their jurisdiction to register, and before November 25, please send the scanned copy of the reviewed and recommended trainee selection form to the email sfwzxjwk@126.com 。
