On December 9, Luo Wenjiang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, visited Jinggangshan Economic Development Zone and Qingyuan District for research. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party, follow the deployment requirements of the provincial and municipal party congresses, expand and strengthen the biopharmaceutical and health industry, consolidate and expand poverty alleviation achievements, and vigorously promote rural revitalization.

　　Luo Wenjiang visited Jinggangshan Economic Development Zone and conducted an in-depth inspection of Jiangxi Biological Products Research Institute Co., Ltd., examining the company's production, processes, and products, and learning about its R&D, market share, and IPO preparations. He pointed out that the company has the characteristics of being "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative," with broad growth prospects. Efforts should continue to increase scientific research and development, expand product varieties, and promote greater development through capital increase, production expansion, and technological transformation. Afterwards, Luo Wenjiang visited Jiangxi Puzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where he listened to reports on product development, research investment, revenue and tax contributions, and IPO preparations. He emphasized that R&D capability is the core competitiveness of enterprises. While strengthening advantageous products, companies should keep up with market trends, increase R&D investment, and expand products such as medical aesthetics. Government departments should regard supporting enterprises as a natural duty, providing support in policies, land use, industrial development funds, and other aspects to promote the growth and strengthening of the city's biopharmaceutical and health industry.

　　Longkou Village in Futian Town, Qingyuan District, is a key village for rural revitalization during the 14th Five-Year Plan period designated by the province. Luo Wenjiang visited the Longkou Village Committee to investigate the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements, and to understand the extended and staggered appointment services and frequently handled matters by villagers. He also visited the Xuerong Yunda Vegetable Base to learn in detail about the development of the vegetable industry and its role in driving villagers' employment and income growth. He pointed out that the "vegetable basket" project is a livelihood project closely related to the people's vital interests and a conscientious project. The Xuerong Yunda Vegetable Base should leverage its location advantages, focus on standardization, scale, and branding, strictly control vegetable quality, and provide more green and organic vegetables for citizens. The village party branch should strengthen party building leadership, actively explore effective paths to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements and promote rural revitalization, enhance the village collective economy's "hematopoietic" function, deeply implement rural construction actions, and accelerate comprehensive rural revitalization.

　　During the research period, Luo Wenjiang also investigated the safety management of enterprise pipeline gas, understanding the city's urban gas inspection and rectification situation; he visited and expressed condolences to the family of Zeng Yuhe, a poverty alleviation household in Longkou Village.
