Jiangxi Bio 2019 Annual Meeting Highlights, A Lasting Picture

The 2020 New Year series of events themed "Joint Efforts to Cultivate a Brilliant Jiangsheng, Unite Jiazhang to Create Glory Together" was grandly held at Wenhai Hotel in Jingkai District. The holding company and board leaders awarded certificates of honor and bonuses to the advanced, and all company employees witnessed the commendation meeting for advanced collectives and individuals of 2019. 

 

In 2019, with the unremitting efforts of all staff, braving wind and rain, working together, adhering to standards, strictly controlling quality, and working silently, they wrote one brilliance after another with their passion. Based on employee recommendations and comparison of assessment scores, the company's management team comprehensively selected 2 special contribution awards, 12 outstanding workers, and 1 advanced collective. At the meeting, representatives of the advanced used passionate language, excited feelings, and simple words to introduce their work over the past year, expressing with firm belief their confidence and determination to always be at the forefront, tirelessly striving and continuously improving for the company. Their goal is to be proactive, their life motto is never to give up. "Strong grass is known in the storm, the sword's edge is sharpened by grinding." They stick to their posts, strive to practice GMP, learn knowledge and master skills in their positions, competing in skills and performance at work. Dedicated and hardworking, brave in innovation, igniting their boundless passion. The company's general manager, with foresight, put forward new hopes and requirements for the advanced collectives and individuals from a higher level and perspective. He called on all employees to adopt a brand-new fighting posture, a brand-new spirit, and a brand-new work style to continuously strive for the comprehensive promotion of the company's strategic innovation. 
 

At the annual meeting, the holding company rewarded the company's general manager with a Mercedes-Benz car as a travel tool to thank the company's efforts. At the meeting, the holding company's general manager held a handover ceremony for the car to the general manager of the joint-stock company. 
 

Holding company General Manager Jing Yue hopes everyone will jointly plan the enterprise's development blueprint, witness the company's development achievements, motivate all employees to work hard together, let dreams fly, and realize the Jiangsheng dream together. General Manager Yao Xiaodong expressed gratitude for the holding company's recognition of the company's work. The Mercedes-Benz car allocated by the holding company to the company has an outstanding and imposing appearance that is powerful yet calm, bringing a high-quality business travel experience to the company's important guests and partners, reflecting the company's development and progress that has won the support and recognition of the holding company and society. The holding company adopted a more intimate, warm, and grand car handover ceremony, which is not just a car handover but also a heart-to-heart ceremony. 

 

Subsequently, the New Year staff party and thank-you banquet were held under the speeches of Holding Company General Manager Jing Yue; Company Chairman Liu Yurui, and General Manager Yao Xiaodong. More than 150 employees of Jiangxi Bio attended this thank-you meeting. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food to the fullest, and the company leaders interacted warmly with employees. The heart-to-heart communication made the atmosphere extremely joyful and harmonious. 
 

The party kicked off with a speech by Ms. Jing Yue, General Manager of the holding company. She represented the holding company and Jiangsheng to thank all employees for their hard work and sent New Year blessings to all employees. The beautiful opening dance "Blossoming Prosperity" opened the curtain for the party performances. The annual meeting's programs were wonderful and dazzling. There were splendid solo female dance "Parting Sorrow," beautiful ethnic folk dances, elegant male solo singing, the Quality Department choir "My Motherland and I," as well as jazz dance, Sichuan opera face-changing, and other colorful and exciting programs. During the event, there was a lucky draw with 60 spots provided by the company. The company's senior executives drew 6 winners for the third, second, and first prizes, continuously raising the party's climax.

The annual meeting brought laughter and joy to everyone, bringing colleagues' hearts closer together. Company leaders interacted warmly with employees, and the singing, applause, and cheers echoed throughout the venue. The entire party was full of climaxes, showing the joy and harmony of the Jiangxi Bio family. The party ended with the company leaders and all employees singing "Unforgettable Tonight."
