  To deeply carry out the "Year of Total Quality Management" activities, implement the company's quality policy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme," improve product quality and management level, create a strong quality culture atmosphere, and enhance the quality awareness of all employees, the company held a speech contest themed "Quality in My Heart" at 14:00 on June 6, 2019, in the training center on the third floor. Thirteen contestants from various departments and offices participated in the competition according to the draw order. The contestants fully utilized language expression, on-site appeal, and demeanor according to the speech scoring criteria to deliver wonderful presentations, using compelling language to explain the importance of quality; some contestants used quality promotional posters as backgrounds and explained from different aspects and angles of quality management based on the images, while others actively engaged the audience in interactive sessions, eliciting rounds of applause.
  After the host announced the start of the speech contest, each department and office sent elite contestants to participate. Among them were both experienced employees and recent university graduates. The speeches were brilliant and eloquent. Some spoke gently and fluently, some passionately and vigorously, some humorously, and some with profound philosophy. Each was full of spirit, radiant, and articulate. All contestants focused on the theme "Quality in My Heart," sharing their understanding of quality in connection with their work.
  The contestants cited numerous cases, data, anecdotes, and experiences, using compelling language and complementary body language to explain the importance of quality. After fierce competition, Xu Ji from the Quality Department won the first prize; Luo Haijuan from the Quality Department and Zeng Zisu from the Technical R&D Department won the second prize; Zeng Lingyuan from the Finance Department, Hu Dan from the Office, and Liu Qi from the Serum Room won the third prize.
  After the speech contest, General Manager Comrade Yao Xiaodong delivered an enthusiastic speech. He required all employees to truly remember product quality in their hearts, implement it in actions, and apply it throughout all stages including raw material procurement, product development, production, testing, marketing, and after-sales service; at the same time, he urged everyone to remember the original intention of "making quality medicines for people worldwide" at the founding of the factory, to keep the mission in mind, and never give up on this goal. He hoped that through the speech contest activities, all
  employees would genuinely change their mindset and effectively put "Quality in My Heart" into practical action. Through everyone's joint efforts, ensure that the "Jiangsheng" quality ship never sinks, sails to the sea, and navigates the world.
  This competition resonated quality awareness among all company employees, promoted the enhancement of quality risk prevention consciousness, and made employees deeply realize the true meaning of "Quality is the life of Jiangsheng people, quality is responsibility, quality is dignity, quality is the market, quality is efficiency," embedding quality awareness in their hearts and implementing it in actions.   Quality is the foundation on which an enterprise relies for survival. Countless well-known brands have demonstrated this truth: in a rapidly developing and fiercely competitive social environment, for an enterprise to survive and develop, it must first create first-class product quality and win customers' favor and trust with first-class products, thereby establishing a first-class brand and market. 
  All employees fully promoted the theme that quality is the life of the enterprise and the life of consumers. This quality speech contest had no restrictions on topics or speech formats. After the plan was announced, all employees actively participated, discussing "quality issues" around them from various work levels and perspectives. Before the contest, each department and office promptly organized all employees to analyze, reflect on, and summarize quality management work to provide material for the speakers. Contestants combined the current quality work status of their positions in their speeches, discussing how to further improve quality management levels, addressing existing product quality issues, and proposing good methods and suggestions. The speeches closely followed the theme, were rich in content, innovative in ideas, and beautifully written. The speakers explained the spirit of total quality management from unique perspectives, strengthened the quality awareness of all employees, created a cultural atmosphere of quality management, and improved the safety, compliance, and comprehensiveness of product quality. After the contest, the company will implement product quality targets at the job level and assign responsibilities to individuals to ensure that the company's product quality meets the 210 targets.

Quality is Responsibility and Commitment 
  As is well known, our company's tetanus antitoxin accounts for 70% of the national sales, but since the raw material for this drug is horse plasma, which is antigenic, allergic reactions can occur. I have been working in the pharmacovigilance position for nearly 10 months and found that the main factors causing adverse reaction events are related to individual patient differences and skin test operation methods, unrelated to our company's drugs. This is the result of the company's leadership and all employees treating quality as a responsibility and working diligently. Although our products meet pharmacopoeia standards, stabilizing and improving product quality remains a heavy task. As a member of the company, I should have a good work style and solid professional knowledge; otherwise, no matter how good my communication and coordination skills or stress resistance are, how can I complete this work? Therefore, I must study national laws, regulations, and professional theoretical knowledge diligently, humbly seek advice from seniors and colleagues, love my job, work hard, continuously improve my comprehensive quality and professional level, establish a sense of duty and responsibility, pursue excellence in details, regard quality as life, and treat responsibility as a mountain.

Therefore, we should all adhere to the principle that "Quality is life" and demand ourselves more strictly. Everyone present can determine the quality of our products. The quality determines the rise and fall of the enterprise, especially for our biopharmaceutical company, where quality and safety are the lifeblood of the enterprise. The Importance of Design and R&D in Product Quality 
  As a biopharmaceutical company, in the future, we should focus on how to do good design, optimize processes, and improve processes. This requires collaboration among R&D personnel, production personnel, and inspection personnel to determine the quality and improvement direction of processes based on literature, theoretical analysis, and actual test results. Applying a scientific risk-based approach to product and process R&D and production can optimize production resources more clearly. At the same time, understanding product and process design and linking these concepts to patient needs will greatly help improve enterprise production efficiency and process capability. Effectively applying the concept that quality originates from design to drug R&D, production, evaluation, and regulation is not only significant for improving drug quality but also has practical and profound historical significance for the development of innovative drugs in China.
 
 

 

Improving the Quality of Accounting Information 
  To improve the quality of accounting information and govern accounting information distortion, I believe measures should be taken from the following three aspects. First, a sound internal accounting management system and accounting supervision system. Improving the internal accounting management system is an important measure to ensure the orderly conduct of the company's accounting work and is also an important means to strengthen basic accounting work. A sound accounting supervision system guarantees that accounting work is conducted legally and orderly. Second, strengthen learning and improve the overall quality of accounting personnel. The professional level of accounting personnel directly affects the quality of accounting work. Always adhere to "not making false accounts" as the moral standard and the "Accounting Law" as the code of conduct to guide professional behavior. At the same time, accounting personnel must continuously enrich and update their knowledge to possess professional competence and ensure the quality of accounting information. Third, increase publicity efforts and coordinate relationships among departments. Improving the quality of accounting information is not only the responsibility of the finance department or a single accounting staff member but also the shared responsibility of unit leaders and all personnel. If departments do not cooperate and coordinate with each other, accounting personnel will inevitably be unable to provide accounting information timely and accurately, affecting management decisions.
 
 

 

Focus on your duties to plan your career - strengthen quality and practice diligently 
  A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism is one of the essential qualities for me to do a good job in the office. From my experience over the past year, office work actually involves a large number of uncertainties and random events, requiring constant readiness to face various unknown emergencies. Therefore, I must always keep work and quality in mind, arranging and preparing various planned tasks in advance every day, and making contingency plans for possible emergencies ahead of time. Only in this way can I remain calm and respond flexibly under any circumstances. Conversely, if there is not enough mental preparation and foresight in normal times, it is inevitable to be overwhelmed when the situation arises.
  For me, the satisfaction of leaders and employees is the most important criterion for measuring the quality of my work. This characteristic determines that in any work, I must take accurately understanding and strictly implementing quality standards as the highest principle and ultimate goal.
 
 

 

Quality in my heart 
How should we improve quality awareness and truly achieve "Quality in my heart"? I believe the first step is to strengthen the cultivation of responsibility and execution. "Quality is made, not just inspected." It is reflected not only in documents but also in every step of the production process. I remember when I first came to the serum room, before plasma digestion, we would shake the plasma again. It was like this before, it is like this now, and I believe it will continue to be so in the future. This has become a habit rooted in the heart of every member of the serum room. It is more like a daily reminder: quality is no small matter, details create excellence! Secondly, there is the learning and questioning stage. Only by becoming familiar with each process and continuously summarizing experience in production practice can new problems be discovered, ultimately achieving continuous improvement. Times change, standards change, and people's demands for quality also change. Only higher quality goals remain unchanged. Quality will become the tireless pursuit of every "Jiangsheng person"!
