The office skills competition was truly a “battle of fingertips,” with 14 elite contestants—selected from various departments—competing on the same stage. Within the allotted time, the contestants precisely reproduced complex document formats while simultaneously creating a PPT presentation that featured clear logic, sophisticated design, and close alignment with real-world business scenarios. The competition comprehensively tested the contestants’ proficiency in office software and their ability to work efficiently and effectively. At the competition site, the contestants’ fingers moved swiftly and deftly as they immersed themselves in their tasks—sometimes carefully double-checking document formats, other times meticulously refining the layout of their PPTs. In the end, Hu Dan from the Office Department emerged victorious with a top score, achieving “zero omissions in content, zero errors in formatting, and highly aesthetic design.” After the competition, she candidly shared that the rigorous standards she adheres to in her daily work—such as strict adherence to document format guidelines and data visualization—and the repeated refinement she undertakes, coupled with the exchange of experience among her department colleagues and the skill-development platform provided by the company, all together formed the solid foundation for her triumph.

Use standards as the measuring stick; uphold the bottom line.

Sterile operations in cleanrooms are a critical step in ensuring the quality of biological products, making this competition highly acclaimed. Contestants are required to strictly adhere to GMP standards and fully demonstrate the entire process—from hand cleaning and disinfection to sterile gowning. On the competition stage, the contestants performed with remarkable skill and meticulous precision, vividly showcasing the rigorous standards they follow in their daily work. Zhang Zhimei from the Production Department won first prize with an outstanding performance—zero errors throughout the entire process and the most standardized operations. She remarked that there is no such thing as a minor detail in cleanroom operations; every standardized procedure represents a solemn commitment to product quality. Moving forward, she will continue to strive for "zero errors," proactively encouraging her colleagues to internalize these standards and put them into practice, thereby jointly strengthening the first line of defense for product quality.

Precision is key; collaboration wins.

The laboratory solution preparation competition turned into a "double test of precision and teamwork." Each participating team had to collaboratively complete a series of professional tasks—such as precisely calculating and accurately weighing reagents, preparing solutions according to standardized procedures, and recording preparation data in real time—while strictly adhering to GMP protocols. Any error at any stage could affect the final outcome, placing extremely high demands on the contestants' professional knowledge, operational skills, and ability to work as a team. During the competition, team members performed their respective roles with seamless coordination: some precisely weighed the reagents, others meticulously checked the concentrations, and still others systematically recorded the data—all working together like a well-oiled machine. Li Tao, Dai Mei, and their team from the R&D Department clinched first place with outstanding performance—achieving the smallest preparation errors, the most standardized operating procedures, and the most comprehensive data records—thus providing solid support for the company's scientific research and production efforts.

Based on knowledge, the team strives for glory.

The on-site atmosphere of the GMP and Corporate Culture Knowledge Competition was vibrant and enthusiastic. Six teams from various departments took to the stage to compete fiercely, tackling key topics such as GMP core provisions, the company’s core documents, corporate culture principles, and various rules and regulations. The competition unfolded in a step-by-step, tightly interconnected manner: During the mandatory-question round, each team demonstrated solid knowledge and precision, leaving no room for error; in the buzzer-round, contestants responded swiftly and accurately, earning continuous applause and cheers from the audience; and in the timed and risk-rounds, teams remained calm under pressure, made decisive choices, and fully showcased their collective wisdom and seamless teamwork. In the end, the Quality Assurance team clinched the first prize in this event, thanks to their comprehensive and solid knowledge base as well as their precise and efficient team collaboration.
