(hereinafter referred to as Jiangsheng) was successfully held in the company's third-floor conference room. The meeting was presided over by the deputy secretary of the Jiangsheng Party branch, with 62 female representatives from various departments of Jiangsheng, as well as company executives and Party branch members attending.

The meeting reviewed and approved the "Election Measures (Draft) for the First Women's Congress of Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd.", the "Suggested List of Election Supervisors and Staff (Draft) for the First Women's Congress of Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd.", and the "Candidate List (Draft) for the First Executive Committee Members of the Women's Federation of Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd.". Through anonymous voting by all representatives on site, the list of the first Executive Committee members of the company's Women's Federation was produced.

The first plenary meeting of the first Executive Committee was subsequently held, reviewing and approving the "Election Measures (Draft) for the Chairperson and Vice Chairpersons of the First Committee of the Women's Federation of Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd.". The meeting elected the Chairperson and Vice Chairpersons of the company's first Women's Federation Executive Committee through anonymous voting.

Yao Xiaodong, Party branch secretary and general manager of the company, congratulated the successful holding of this meeting and the newly elected Women's Federation Executive Committee members, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all employees who have long cared for and supported the company's women's work and various undertakings. General Manager Yao put forward three requirements for the company's Women's Federation work: First, form a new consensus. Second, demonstrate new achievements. The Women's Federation should take initiative, fully play the initiative and creativity of female employees, enabling the company's female employees to truly contribute half the sky to the company's development. Third, showcase a new image. Style determines actions, and style reflects image. The Women's Federation organization should spend more energy and time listening to the voices of female employees, more effectively carry out dialogue, communication, and exchanges, truly seeing, hearing, and caring about the matters they focus on.
