I will not leave my post until the pandemic is over
-- A record of all employees at Jiangxi Bio wholeheartedly fighting the pandemic and fully ensuring production
Since August 30, multiple positive cases have been found during routine nucleic acid screening of all personnel in some surrounding counties (districts) of the Jingkai area. To achieve the district's "three no's" goal of "no loss of control over the pandemic, no economic slowdown, and no compromise on safety," the Jinggangshan Economic and Technological Development Zone Epidemic Prevention and Control Command issued a notice on September 3, requiring all enterprises in the jurisdiction to implement a closed management system allowing only personnel to exit but not enter starting from 8:00 on September 4.
"The pandemic is an order, prevention and control is a responsibility." Upon receiving the closed management notice, the company responded immediately. Under the unified coordination of General Manager Yao Xiaodong, all employees cooperated efficiently, combining working from home and returning to posts to ensure both "epidemic prevention" and "production" were managed simultaneously without neglect. In this war without gunfire, Jiangsheng people have written an anti-epidemic story with selfless dedication and their own actions!
1. Emergency mobilization, go all out
On September 3, after receiving the government notice, General Manager Yao Xiaodong, after attending the district's emergency epidemic prevention meeting, immediately convened a meeting with key department heads who were on weekend leave to mobilize epidemic prevention efforts and arrange for normal production. At the meeting, the company established an emergency leadership group for epidemic prevention personally led by the General Manager and an emergency response reserve team. The office urgently formulated a closed management plan based on current prevention requirements. At 8:30 p.m. that evening, the General Manager again organized department heads to convey higher-level instructions and deploy the closed operation production plan. The production technology department revised the production plan according to current order demands, advocating working from home to minimize the number of people in the factory under closed management. Middle and senior management voluntarily volunteered to participate in frontline work.
After the meeting, the emergency management plan was immediately activated. The epidemic prevention emergency team worked diligently and responsibly, starting work immediately. By midnight, under the leadership of the General Manager, the team had completed necessary preparations including setting up epidemic prevention sites, purchasing epidemic supplies, procuring living materials, notifying personnel, and allocating dormitories, fully ready for the company's closed management starting the next day.
2. Post adherence, blooming against the tide
Although the sudden outbreak caught everyone off guard, every employee deeply understood the principle that "fighting the pandemic is an unshirkable duty, ensuring production is urgent." Over 60 employees, upon receiving the company's return-to-work notice, did not hesitate. Even if it meant sleeping on the floor, they resolutely responded to the company's call, choosing to stay at their posts as pandemic frontliners. They packed toiletries and change of clothes overnight, brought their own mattresses, and at 7 a.m. on September 4, touching scenes reminiscent of Red Army couples sending each other off appeared again at the company gate. They helped their family members carry daily necessities and reassured them to work with peace of mind. The words "I am here at home" echoed throughout Jiangsheng. All personnel under closed management arrived early.
The company dormitories have limited conditions. Facing the problem of insufficient beds for some employees, everyone did not complain but followed the company's unified arrangements and actively sought solutions. For a time, offices and meeting rooms became temporary rest areas, with lunch break beds, sofas, and conference tables serving as temporary beds.
3. Online work, fighting the pandemic with me
Due to pandemic control and company resource limitations, most employees could not return to their posts but responded by working from home without stopping work. They properly balanced pandemic prevention, life, and production operations, overcoming various difficulties. Using online communication tools like QQ and WeChat, they solved remote communication issues, held remote video meetings to deploy tasks and discuss plans, and used OA/ERP, remote control software, and other cloud office software to manage workflows, ensuring normal company functions during closure and achieving "production from home." Additionally, they strictly followed epidemic prevention policies and company requirements, actively conducting nucleic acid tests and temperature monitoring, and proactively reporting results to the company for personnel registration and summary, fully preparing for timely return to work!
4. Party member vanguard, red flag flying

(Party members ensuring all support work)
"When the pandemic strikes, party members step forward." Upon learning of the company's upcoming closed management, party members voluntarily gave up their leave to return to work. Under the unified leadership of the party branch, besides performing their duties, they took on most of the logistics support work. They divided tasks orderly, helped colleagues carry luggage, distributed masks and daily necessities, measured temperatures, and disinfected. When cafeteria staff were insufficient, they helped with cooking and moving supplies, ensuring logistics support. Wherever there was a need, party members could be seen. Meanwhile, in the company's all-staff work group, the branch secretary and committee members continuously conveyed instructions from higher-level party committees, the prevention command, and the company, keeping employees informed of the pandemic situation. They also urged employees to strengthen protection, guided correct understanding of the pandemic, discouraged blind belief in rumors, warned against scams, and alleviated everyone's anxiety.
The pandemic is not yet eliminated, and the situation remains severe, but we believe that as long as everyone fights the pandemic together, victory will ultimately belong to us! Here, we once again call on everyone to fully cooperate with epidemic prevention, protect themselves while ensuring production, and thank every employee for their support. When the pandemic passes, Jiangsheng's tomorrow will surely be more brilliant and colorful!
"No shirking responsibility in the pandemic, I am part of the fight"
Salute to you who stay at your posts!
Salute to you who work from home!
Salute to you who volunteer in prevention and control!
Keep it up, Jiangsheng people!
