From April 16 to April 18, 2019, under the leadership of the company's Party branch, a Party member science and technology task force represented by Party member backbones was sent to the Changsha Pharmaceutical Machinery Exhibition site to carry out equipment selection and inspection for the military-civil integration technological transformation project of the Westlin bottle production line. Before departure, the Party branch secretary of the company clarified several points regarding this external inspection by the Party member task force. First, they must use their own learning spirit to strengthen communication and exchange with peers and equipment manufacturers, observe more, think more, and ponder more, linking it with the company's and their positions' actual situations, and go on the inspection with questions in mind. Second, the organization of the Party member science and technology task force to participate in the exhibition is an organic combination with Party Day activities. Everyone should cherish and seize the opportunity, draw nourishment and strength from it, and integrate the spirit of innovation into practical work. During the exhibition, Party member backbones should gain experience and be influenced, enhance their awareness of the masses and Party member responsibilities, so that Party members receive Party education on the front line and improve their Party character cultivation. More than 10 people joined nearly a hundred industry "experts" nationwide to attend the "Spring Invitation," gathering in Changsha to discuss good strategies for the development of "Manufacturing + Internet" and talk about the beautiful vision of high-quality development of Jiangxi Biotech "Smart Manufacturing Valley."

　　After arriving at the exhibition center, the Party member science and technology task force was led by Deputy Leader Liu Xiao'an, Vice President of Quality, and Deputy Leader Ji Chong, Chief Engineer of Technical R&D, each leading a group to inspect the Formulation Machinery Hall, API Equipment Machinery Hall, Pharmaceutical Packaging Machinery Hall, Pharmaceutical Water and Gas Equipment Hall, Pharmaceutical Pulverizing Equipment Hall, Drug Testing Equipment Hall, and Other Pharmaceutical Machinery and Equipment Hall. "Intelligent Manufacturing" was the topic of greatest concern for the Party member science and technology task force. They always stood at the forefront of technology, focusing on intelligent unmanned factories and Industry 4.0 business. According to the company's actual situation, they focused on inspecting the clean area environment online monitoring system, cleanroom air conditioning automatic control system, sterile formulation data acquisition system, drug extraction control system, and intelligent unmanned factory. To promote communication between pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical equipment companies and advance the development of China's pharmaceutical equipment industry, the CIPM exhibition concurrently held multiple conferences and international forums, inviting well-known industry experts to give keynote speeches on hot topics such as online control, automation, and robotics. The Party member task force listened carefully, took detailed notes, and actively asked questions and interacted. During the visit and inspection, the Party member science and technology task force found that some domestic manufacturers are committed to the research and manufacturing of high-performance, high-quality products. Based on fully absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies and integrating the strengths of many, through unremitting efforts and research, they developed independent brands. Their products, with novel structures, beautiful designs, energy-saving, high efficiency, environmental protection, and easy maintenance, have won wide user praise and opened up new markets in domestic and international pharmaceutical equipment product markets. At the same time, they deeply felt the need to learn from them and carry forward the spirit of independent innovation. The participants also carefully listened to introductions on the current development of pharmaceutical equipment technology in each hall and personally experienced the operational performance and intelligent control modes of modern advanced equipment. Party members discussed the "Next Generation Advanced Drug Manufacturing Platform" with Shanghai Dongfulong Technology Co., Ltd., and observed the "Intelligent Mobile Sterilization Robot," intelligent manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, modular VR factory experience, and overall solutions for purification air conditioning engineering equipment. Despite the tight schedule, they also visited Chutian Technology Co., Ltd. Combining theory and practice, the attending Party members unanimously expressed that this inspection was innovative in form, rich in content, focused on key points, and effective, further enhancing their confidence in developing new products and improving GMP standardization work.
