On the afternoon of December 9, 2021, Mayor Luo Wenjiang of Ji'an City Government, accompanied by Government Secretary-General Liu Yeqiu, Director Hu Jun of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Director Kuang Rendong of the Municipal Rural Revitalization Bureau, visited the company to conduct on-site research on leading high-quality enterprise development. General Manager Yao Xiaodong warmly received them along with all employees. 


 

Mayor Luo Wenjiang and his delegation went deep into the company's front line to visit the production workshop, technological transformation production line, raw material and finished product warehouses. While walking and observing, General Manager Yao Xiaodong gave a detailed introduction of the company's production and operation, R&D projects, and application capabilities, and listened to reports on the construction of the company's scientific research platform, industrial structure adjustment and mergers and acquisitions, planned listing process, and future development plans. 
 

During the inspection, Mayor Luo carefully listened and inquired in detail about the company's production, R&D, market share, etc., at every stop, fully communicating with company leaders to thoroughly understand the company's listing preparations and other situations. He fully affirmed the company's innovative development, high-quality standards, and contributions to Ji'an City. He pointed out that the company has the attributes of "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" and is a "old tree sprouting new branches" growth enterprise with broad prospects. He encouraged the company to continue to increase efforts in scientific and technological research and development, expand product categories, and promote greater development through capital increase, production expansion, and technological transformation and capacity expansion, striving to strengthen and enlarge the enterprise, form an industrial core, lead industrial cluster development, and contribute more intelligence and wealth to the local economy. 

Mayor Luo emphasized that the company must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and deploy according to the requirements of the provincial and municipal party congresses to grow and strengthen the biopharmaceutical and health industry. He pointed out that R&D capability is the core competitiveness of an enterprise, technological innovation is the soul of enterprise development, and the source and inexhaustible power of enterprise prosperity. In fierce market competition, the company should choose a technological innovation strategy that fits its actual situation, strengthen its leading products while closely following market trends, and increase R&D investment. The company should leverage the rich technical information and scientific research capabilities accumulated through independent innovation to lay a foundation for further incremental and progressive innovation, drive the rise of emerging industries and related supporting industries, play a leading and dominant role in technology diffusion and innovation clusters, and promote the growth and strengthening of the city's biopharmaceutical and health industry.

During the research, Mayor Luo Wenjiang also investigated the company's pipeline gas safety management work and understood the company's gas inspection, rectification, and energy-saving and consumption-reduction situation.
