        As autumn approaches and learning intensifies, to continuously enhance the company's technological innovation and production and operation management efficiency, focus on improving GMP management levels, and strive to create a dedicated and professional work atmosphere. On October 15, led by General Manager Yao Xiaodong, a group of 17 middle and junior management personnel from the company visited China Resources Boya Biopharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Through benchmarking to promote learning and applying what is learned, they further built a high-quality, skilled, and disciplined middle and junior management team during the benchmarking study.

The participants cherished this rare opportunity very much, prepared benchmarking study materials in advance, and went all out to seek guidance with questions. Despite the long journey and tight schedule, everyone did not feel tired or bitter; instead, they were full of confidence.

Boya Biopharmaceutical is a state-owned listed company that integrates the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the industrial chain, achieving high-quality health resources for blood products and creating a complete industrial chain for the human blood products health industry from source to end. The company's benchmarking study group comprehensively observed and learned Boya Biopharmaceutical's experiences and practices, identified gaps by benchmarking against advanced standards, learned from role models to seek improvement, and jointly discussed new developments in biopharmaceutical health.

Under the warm reception of Boya Biopharmaceutical's General Manager Liang Xiaoming, the group visited Boya's production, inspection, and R&D sites; and divided into groups to communicate and exchange ideas on production, quality, R&D registration, and corporate management. During the exchange, both sides shared opinions on management innovation and hot and difficult issues in various functional departments.

During the benchmarking study, we truly felt Boya Biopharmaceutical's scientific rigor, pursuit of excellence, and courage to innovate in production quality management. They advance the concept of refined management scientifically. Through continuous inquiry and learning, we absorbed some excellent experiences and good practices, while also recognizing our own shortcomings and deficiencies, broadening our thinking for future work.

The benchmarking visit to Boya Biopharmaceutical gave us great shock and gains. They shared with us precise market positioning, strong cutting-edge management, excellent explanations and exchanges, and rich practical experience. Although it was only a short day, everyone spoke freely, combined with actual work, discussed methods, asked about situations, and learned from effective and obvious experiences and practices. It pointed us to a new direction and provided a new starting point.

This benchmarking was an activity of mutual learning and exchange between enterprises. Both sides, through comparison and analysis, earnestly identified gaps, checked deficiencies, and raised awareness from multiple aspects, which is conducive to learning from each other's successful experiences and advanced practices. Through benchmarking study, everyone was deeply moved and gained a lot, expressing that this benchmarking study was like timely rain. They must seriously identify shortcomings, rectify promptly, continuously improve their comprehensive management capabilities, and contribute to the company's quality and quantity improvement. The company will take this benchmarking study as an opportunity, choose the right direction, find the focus, further strengthen production quality management, continuously carry out various benchmarking activities, and effectively transform learning outcomes into new ideas and effective measures to promote all work.
