On the afternoon of February 10, 2026, the company’s annual “Building Dreams Together—Embarking on a New Journey” 2025 Work Summary and New Year Celebration grandly kicked off in Ji’an, Jiangxi. Chairwoman Jing Yue, together with shareholder representatives, board members, senior management, and all colleagues, joyfully gathered with partners from Jiangsheng Hainan and Jiangxi Tianzheng. Amidst applause and laughter, they looked back on their journey of hard work and, filled with anticipation and resolve, outlined a new blueprint for the final sprint toward the IPO. At the annual meeting, the company’s management team delivered a year-end work summary report for 2025, outlining the company’s path of high-quality development with a series of impressive data and tangible achievements. Looking back on 2025, it was a year in which Jiangxi Bio overcame numerous challenges and reaped abundant rewards. Under the dual test of industry competition and policy changes, all Jiangsheng employees united their hearts and minds, grounded their efforts in practical action, and achieved breakthrough progress in multiple areas—including market expansion, R&D innovation, compliance building, and industrial layout. From major breakthroughs in new drug development to the successful launch of revamped core products; from the continuous refinement of the industrial chain layout to the solid advancement of preparations for the capital market; from the steady upgrading of the quality system to the accelerated pace of digital transformation—every single achievement embodies the wisdom and hard work of Jiangsheng’s people, and every step forward exemplifies the “Jiangsheng” spirit, laying a robust foundation for the company’s journey toward becoming an industry benchmark.

 

The recognition segment was the warmest and most uplifting part of the entire annual meeting—a star-studded gala that lit up the stage for those who’ve striven tirelessly. Under the spotlight, all the glory and applause were reserved for those who had truly put their efforts into action. As the names of outstanding individuals, advanced teams, contributors who made remarkable achievements, and winners of the second Skills Competition were announced one after another, the applause from the audience surged like an endless tide, lingering long after the last name was called. Among them were technical experts who have devoted themselves to frontline work, steadfastly upholding their original aspirations with meticulous craftsmanship; dedicated professionals who have diligently guarded quality and built solid defenses; exemplary teams that have united their hearts and minds, overcoming challenges with unwavering determination; and skilled artisans whose exceptional abilities shone brilliantly on the competition stage. The remarks delivered by the representatives of excellence were simple yet deeply heartfelt—just like a warm sunbeam in winter, both comforting and powerfully inspiring: “This honor belongs to every comrade who has fought alongside us. Colleagues from various departments took the stage to write, direct, and perform their own shows, using a diverse array of forms—including songs and dances, skits, and situational dramas—to showcase the Jiangsheng team’s versatility and spirited demeanor. The opening dance, “Kunlun Sets Sail—Jiangsheng Pursues Its Dreams,” was majestic and grand, igniting the enthusiasm of the entire audience and setting the tone for a shared journey toward common dreams. The Finance Department’s dance, “Good Fortune in the Year of the Horse,” seamlessly blended the rigor of finance professionals with the grace and agility of dancers, vividly capturing the spirit of those striving forward along the Kunlun Road. Jiangsheng Hainan presented the dance “Let’s All Have Fun Together,” characterized by its lively rhythm and infectious energy. The dancers’ graceful movements and radiant smiles fully expressed the joy of reuniting and the exhilaration of forging ahead side by side, continuously elevating the atmosphere throughout the venue. The Quality Department’s skit, “The Quality Defense Line,” drew on everyday work scenarios, humorously and playfully illustrating the core principle of “quality first, life paramount,” ensuring that the message “no detail is too small when it comes to quality, and responsibility is above all else” resonated deeply with everyone. The Office and Human Resources Department’s situational drama, “Fake News Broadcast,” wove together the company’s achievements through entertaining news reports, packed with laughter and rich in meaning, conveying the original commitment to compliance amid mirth and delight. Throughout the entire performance, every act closely aligned with the annual conference’s theme, seamlessly blending fun, visual appeal, and intellectual depth. Each performance reflected the hard work and dedication of its performers, vividly demonstrating the Jiangsheng team’s unity, vigor, and dynamic spirit.

 

The interactive session was equally exciting and full of surprises. Multiple rounds of lucky draws kept everyone on the edge of their seats, with participation prizes, third-place awards, second-place awards, and first-place awards revealed one after another. Each time the screen scrolled, the entire audience held its breath in anticipation. Team-building mini-games drew enthusiastic participation from everyone—people eagerly raised their hands to sign up, raced fiercely along the track, and pooled their wisdom together when tackling puzzles.
